Movement and Conditioning is our facilitators belief system in the vast world of Physical Education.
Stemming from various theories of Natural Movement, Gymnastics, Strength practice, Self-Care, Movement Therapy and Yoga based theories.
We combine a little bit of everything into our Movement Conditioning program. It stems from slow and challenging to fast paced and experimental. We engage people to respect their capabilities while building a foundation of a natural body education. Promoting strength, length, challenge and function with in all our movement-based practices. Leaving many inspired to move more and feel better. It’s not just about theories of getting functional and strong inside the gym, but instilling ideas of movement outside a gyms four walls.
These theories are also incorporated into Diamond’s Muay Thai and Boxing classes. Also offered on a regular basis as private + group sessions, workshops, which are suitable for kids, adults of any age including women in pregnancy.
