What you will need for regular all-level Boxing classes:
Hand-wraps, 12oz gloves, water bottle, and Muay Thai Shorts.
For your initial free class you will not need these as Diamond will provide Gloves for your free class pass. Please just bring yourself in comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
Running is also recommended before or after class to improve cardio function. If you are unable to run, skipping rope can be a substitute.
